As a Guide:
For the Design and Drafting of Planning Application Plans / Certificate of Lawfulness Plans 

(Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Roof Plan, Site Plan, Location Plan). 

Scenario A:  A Rear or Side Extension (possibly with internal alterations), or a Loft or Bungalow Conversion (possibly with internal alterations): £1,350
Scenario B:  A combination of Loft or Bungalow Conversion, and Rear or Side Extension (possibly with internal alterations): £1,600
More complex projects including new build properties will be quoted for after an initial consultation - for which there is no charge.
Processing Planning Applications or Certificate of Lawfulness Applications (online submission, completion of form and submission with associated plans and required documents:  CIL Form, Biodiversity Checklist, Climate and Sustainability Checklist ):  £200 for all applications.

 

Build Stage Detail.  A fixed price can be quoted for on completion of the final design and after obtaining Planning Permission.  Typically the 'Build Notice' option will be suitable for most projects and the cost is £675.  Any extra details requested by your builder or Build Control will be supplied as part of this package.  Quotes for more complex projects requiring 'Full Plans' applications can be quoted on request, as can fixed prices for Interior Design advice.
