1.  Furnishing your property.  We supply a proposal pack which includes an annotated floor plan, design moodboard, and itemised breakdown of furniture,  furnishings and fittings to be supplied. 

2.  Managing the letting of the property (including contracts and hand over) through our preferred agent.

3.  First point of contact for maintenance and management.  We deal with routine issues up to a  agreed cost, with more involved maintenance issues quoted for in advance.
